And for no apparent reason, a blue fire hydrant

Blue Fire Hydrant in Fall

As most of my loyal fans know (that would be all two of you), I am color-blind. So, for all I know this fire hydrant isn't blue at all. Maybe it is purple, or fuchsia, or polka-dotted. But I know one thing - it is not the usual color for fire hydrants. And I liked the way this one looked all surrounded by the autumn leaves. So I stopped and took a photo of it, while people zoomed by in their cars, eyeballing me with suspicion and calling 911 on their cell phones. Well, fair is far - I am a nutbar on the loose.

So enjoy the whatever-color-this-is fire hydrant. It amuses me, hope it does you, too.

That is the perfect shade of

That is the perfect shade of blue to be against that shade of yellow. I think. Maybe it's the perfect shade of fuschia.

My Nan's got a bunch of yarn left over from blankets she's made over the years, now she's making one with stripes of leftover colors, and they're all shades that look remarkably alike indoors. It's madness I tell you!

Would have dropped by earlier, but I didn't know you had this space!

And why the hell not, I ask?
